Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy explains what information the NovaTech Clinic website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it short and specific, because this website is deliberately simple.

1. Who we are

NovaTech operates this website and the NovaTech Clinic clinic management software. In this policy, we, us and our refer to NovaTech. You can reach us using the contact details at the end of this page.

2. What this website collects

This website does not have accounts, does not store the messages you write, and does not run a database of visitors.

When you use the Request a demo form, the text you type (your name, clinic and message) is placed in a new WhatsApp message or a new email on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp or in your email application. When you do, we receive what you wrote, together with your WhatsApp number or email address.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use only what is needed to remember your choices:

  • A language cookie (i18n_redirected) that remembers the language you picked.
  • A browser storage entry (clinic-web.theme) that remembers whether you chose the dark theme.
  • We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools on this website.

4. The software is different from the website

NovaTech Clinic, the software, stores patient records, appointments, clinical notes, prescriptions, invoices and payments on behalf of the clinic that uses it. That data belongs to the clinic, which is the data controller; NovaTech processes it only to provide the service, under the agreement signed with the clinic. Each clinic runs in its own isolated database.

Patients should address questions about their data to their clinic. The clinic's own privacy notice applies to that data, not this page.

5. Health data

Clinical information is sensitive. Inside the software it is protected by role-based permissions (clinical screens for clinical staff only), by an audit log of every change, by signed and locked records, and by encrypted connections. NovaTech staff do not read clinical data except when a clinic asks for support and grants access for that purpose.

6. Screenshots and demo data

All screenshots on this website show demonstration data generated for the demo clinic. The names, dates, diagnoses and amounts are fictitious; any resemblance to real people is coincidental.

7. How we use what you send us

We use your demo request to reply to you, prepare a demonstration and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.

We keep demo requests for as long as the conversation is active and up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

8. Hosting and third parties

This website is static HTML served from our hosting provider, which records standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and troubleshooting. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; Google's privacy policy applies to that request. WhatsApp and your email application are governed by their own terms.

9. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you from a demo request, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address below. We answer within 30 days.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. Material changes are also mentioned on the home page for a reasonable period.
